Cancellation and payment policy – Alma Surera S.L.

Booking and Payments

To confirm a reservation, travelers must pay a 30% deposit of the total trip price.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip starts.

If full payment is not made on time, the reservation may be considered canceled and cancellation penalties will apply.

Client Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund minus administrative costs (€50).

Between 30 and 20 days before: 30% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Between 20 and 10 days before: 70% of the total cost is non-refundable.

Less than 10 days: No refunds are issued.

Cancellation by Alma Surera:
In case of force majeure or conditions that prevent the trip from taking place, Alma Surera will offer:

A rescheduled trip at no extra cost

A full refund

Payment methods:
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Stripe-supported options.
