1. Payment Options
Alma Surera offers the following payment methods:
A) Deposit Reservation
The traveler may confirm their booking by paying 30% of the total trip amount.
The remaining 70% must be paid:
Within a maximum of 2 months after the reservation date, or
If the departure date is earlier, no later than 30 days before the start of the trip.
B) Installment Payment
The trip may be paid in 3 or 6 interest-free installments, subject to the conditions applicable at the time of booking.
The payment schedule will be communicated in advance and must be accepted by the client.
Failure to pay any installment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with applicable penalties.
C) One-Time Payment with Discount
The client may opt for full payment in a single transaction, receiving a special discount on the final trip price.
In this case, the amount paid will be considered fully settled from the date of payment and will remain subject to the cancellation policy outlined in this document.
2. Issuance of Services
Once the reservation is confirmed (regardless of the selected payment method):
Domestic flights will be issued within the first 7 days following trip confirmation.
Hotels and other services may begin to be confirmed and paid to suppliers based on availability and market conditions.
The client will be informed once flights have been issued.
From the moment a service has been issued or paid and is non-refundable, the corresponding amount will be subject to the supplier’s specific terms and conditions.
3. Nature of the Service
Alma Surera acts as the organizer of the trip in its own name, designing and marketing a package travel service that integrates third-party services (airlines, hotels, transport, and excursions).
Many of these services:
Are non-refundable
Or are subject to penalties from the moment of issuance
Additionally, 20% of the total trip value corresponds to:

Operational management
Logistical coordination and organization
This amount is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.
4. Client Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
A) Cancellations more than 30 days prior to departure
Up to 80% of the total trip amount may be refunded, subject to:
Retention of 20% as a non-refundable management and organization fee.
