1. Acceptance of terms
By booking with Alma Surera, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip begins.

Failure to pay will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: full refund.

Cancellation between 30 and 20 days: 30% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation between 20 and 10 days: 70% of total cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation within 10 days: no refund.

4. Alma Surera’s responsibility

Alma Surera acts as an intermediary between the traveler and local providers.

We are not liable for issues caused by third parties, weather, illness, or force majeure.

5. Insurance

Alma Surera holds civil liability insurance with Markel Seguros S.A.

Each traveler must have personal travel insurance, independently contracted.

A consent and liability waiver will be signed by the traveler before the trip.

6. Itinerary changes
Trips may be modified due to weather, logistics, or safety concerns while maintaining promised quality and experiences.

7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Badajoz, Spain.
